Join us in welcoming Mr James Tyrrell

Mr. Tyrrell is an Australian national with over 22 years of direct property experience,focusing primarily on the leasing of major high rise buildings around the Asia Pacificregion. He has recently been appointed to be responsible for the office leasing of theIFC Seoul development in Yoido, which incorporates 3 class A office towers along witha 5 star hotel and associated shopping mall.

Mr. Tyrrell brings 10 years of leasing experience in Korea and prior to joining IFC Seoul,was the Managing Director for Korea of global real estate company, Jones LangLaSalle, which he led from 2004 to 2009 and served 10 years in total with that firm inSeoul. Mr. Tyrrell has also held senior office leasing related positions in Asia with the leading Indonesian office developer, Mulia Group of Companies from 1997-2000 and with office agent Jones Lang Wootton Indonesia from 1995 to 1997.Prior to that,
experience included 8 years working as a leasing broker in Melbourne, Australia from1988-1995 with Jones Lang Wootton.

Mr. Tyrrell holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of
Technology and majored in Property Agency and Marketing
